I am a leading enterprise marketing strategist and business/service design practitioner with nearly 15 years' experience in designing and implementing national and global marketing programs that drive demand generation and brand activation.
My primary area of interest is design, and the design thinking methodology is the lens through which I view and addresse strategic marketing and organizational challenges. I have been involved in the application of systems and design thinking in several projects, and have studied and authored publications on the intersection of work, play and learning as a construct for organizations to drive its own transformation.
Formerly Division Marketing Manager of Commercial Banking at Bank of the West, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas, I established its sales and marketing operations program, leveraging data analytics to drive its national market segmentation strategy and campaign performance. Prior to that, I was Head of Marketing and Communications, North America at BNP Paribas Securities Services, with responsibility for the design and execution of its multi-channel, global marketing program for leading financial firms.
I earned a B.A. in Economics from Spelman College, having graduated Magna Cum Laude, and a M.S. in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania with certificates in Organizational Development & Change Management and Leadership Studies.
