Anne is an internationally-experienced HR executive with more than 30 years' experience. Her most recent position was VP Field/HR Training for Pep Boys where she was responsible for leading and influencing policy and execution of all HR training and development for 800 retail and service locations across the US and Puerto Rico.

She was previously VP and Head of HR for Deb Shops where she was responsible for all stores, distribution centers and the corporate office, and prior to that she was Senior Director of Talent Management for the 17 Saks Fifth Avenue stores. Her international experience included being Head of HR for Best Buy, London, UK, where she was responsible for startup business in the UK and Europe, and for international HR activities in Mexico City. She began her career as Regional Training Manager with Toys-R-Us, Inc.

Anne earned a BS in Fashion Merchandising and an MBA in Leadership/Global Marketing from Thomas Jefferson University, a Certificate in Human Resources from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and she is currently a Doctor of Management student in the Strategic Leadership program at Thomas Jefferson University.
