Frank Rivello is Vice President at Core Human Factors, Inc., a human factors engineering research firm that specializes in healthcare-related products. He is responsible for the operation of the firm including the development of long-term and operational strategies, as well as maintaining a vibrant culture that will support the organization’s continued growth.

Prior to Core Human Factors, Frank was with Vanguard Systems, Inc. a software development and information technology consulting firm, where he was responsible for the company’s largest division. Frank began his 20 year career at Vanguard Systems as a junior-level programmer and rose to Vice President of Professional Service and Vice President of Partners and Alliances, then Regional Vice President.

Frank completed the Executive M.B.A. program from Villanova University where he was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma (business excellence) International Honor Society. He notes, "I’m proud to have been admitted to the Institute of Systems Wisdom as a Fellow and to the Strategic Leadership Doctoral program. These associations offer an exceptional opportunity to not only further my understanding of Systems and Design Thinking, but to apply that knowledge to help my own and other organizations as they confront the an ever-increasing complex and volatile business environment." He is currently a Doctor of Management student in Strategic Leadership at Philadelphia University.
