From Saudi Arabia, Ibrahim Alshebl began his 20 years of finance work as a customer service specialist then rose to the position of Branch Manager of Riyadh Bank in Riyadh.  He is a member of the main strategic committee of the Social Development Bank which provides financial and non-financial services that contribute to social development, building partnerships with multiple sectors, raising financial awareness, and promoting a culture of self-employment among all segments of Saudi society.

Ibrahim completed specialized banking programs in Riyadh; Management and Leadership programs in Turin, Italy; and Business Skills programs in the U.S.  A significant achievement was earning both his undergraduate and his graduate degree while working full-time in banking.  His colleagues describe him as possessing a combination of intelligence, commitment, perseverance, creativity and compassion.

He earned a BBA and MBA from King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is currently a Doctor of Management student in the Strategic Leadership program at Thomas Jefferson University.
