Jim Plummer is Director of Operations at Main Line Audiology where he oversees the Business Operations of five offices including management, financial, billing, marketing and sales.

He enjoyed a full career in the US Federal Government, and has led operations for the American Red Cross, Quest Diagnostics, Penn Medicine, Main Line Health and Crozer-Keystone Health System. He has been intensely involved with mentoring students in his positions on the Alumni Boards at Rosemont College and Delaware County Community College. He is a Veteran of the Vietnam Era and served as a Medical Corpsman in the United States Armed Forces.

Jim earned a B.S. in Business Communication, an M.S. in Management and a Graduate Certificate in Health Care Administration from Rosemont College; and an M.B.A. in Health Care Administration from Eastern University where he was a member of the Delta Mu Delta (business) Honor Society. He is currently a Doctor of Management student in Strategic Leadership at Philadelphia University.
