Jim Golden is Senior Vice-President and Director of Business Banking Commercial Real Estate for Citizens Bank where he oversees all real estate business activities within the Bank’s 11-state territory. His primary responsibilities include serving as thought leader and integrating functional and business knowledge to develop new processes, procedures and products to anticipate the changing business environment. Previously he was middle market portfolio manager for Fox Chase Bank.

In his 16-year finance/banking career he is most proud of building highly successful teams by identifying talent, empowering team members through delegation, valuing their feedback and playing to win.

Jim earned a B.A. in Liberal Studies with an emphasis on Business Administration from Neumann University, an Executive M.B.A. from the Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University, and he is a Doctor of Management student in Strategic Leadership at Thomas Jefferson University.
