John A. Ervin, DMgt, MBA, BSN, RN, PMP, is a healthcare entrepreneur, executive leader, and veteran with over 20 years of experience driving innovation and growth across healthcare, medical technology, and emerging industries. As founder of Allnet Medical and Allnet Coaching and Consulting, he provides strategic advisory services focused on the "Systems View of Healthcare."

He brings deep expertise in business development, healthcare operations, industrial hemp, design thinking, and organizational strategy. He has held leadership roles in nationally recognized healthcare systems, medical groups, and surgery centers, leading clinical operations, strategic planning, and M&A initiatives to improve efficiency, profitability, and patient outcomes.

A passionate advocate for veterans, John serves on the board of Hemp 4 Victory, a veteran-led non-profit, and has testified in support of veteran small business initiatives. He continues to mentor and coach veterans and healthcare startups and advises emerging leaders on driving impact and innovation in the healthcare ecosystem.

John holds a Doctor of Management in Strategic Leadership degree from Thomas Jefferson University, an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University, a BS in Nursing from Villanova University, and a BS in Biology from Excelsior University. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), as well as in Lean Process Improvement, and Healthcare Operations.
