Teresa Wolfgang

Teresa Wolfgang has more than 27 years of experience leading and directing change management, strategic, operational, and tactical planning for domestic and international activities in the military, private, and public sectors. She is currently Strategic Planner for Axiologic Solutions working inside the U. S. Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). Previous private sector experience includes Nonprofit Executive Director, Regional Revenue Manager, and Board of Directors member and Vice President for the nonprofit Philadelphia Veterans Comfort House.

Having achieved the rank of Colonel, Teresa is also currently Chief of the Central Asian States Civil Affairs Planning for the 352 Civil Affairs Command. She has been Battalion Commander, Detachment Commander and Civil Affairs Planner, and Operations and Program Manager in the US, Afghanistan, Iraq, Kuwait, and Egypt.

She holds a B.A. in Sociology from Methodist College; M.S. in Management from Troy University; and an M.P.A. and Post Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Villanova University. She is also a Doctor of Management student in the Strategic Leadership program at Philadelphia University.
