Paul Raison is a Master Tax Advisor, Manager and Instructor at H&R Block, and recipient of the H & R Block Leadership Award. He develops local partnerships, manages office community involvement, supports new client growth tactics, and manages office staffing, operations and logistics. Previously he was office manager for an agency of Farmers Insurance.

Paul holds a Pennsylvania Life, Health, Fixed Annuities, Property and Casualty Insurance License, and is an independent insurance planner and manager working with brand-recognized carriers. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, National Association of Enrolled Agents, and the National Association of Black Accountants.

Paul earned a B.A. in Accounting and Management from the Fox Business School of Temple University, an M.S. in Taxation and M.B.A. from Philadelphia University, and he is a Doctor of Management student in Strategic Leadership at Thomas Jefferson University.
