Seth Hofmann is Patient Relations Coordinator for the University of Pennsylvania Health System where he works with the Office of General Counsel for risk reduction, patient safety, and supports hospital patient and family experiences.

Previously, Seth was Clinic Flow Coordinator in the Penn Memory Center where he managed information for the Alzheimer Disease Clinic. He has also been Communication Analyst at Fox Chase Cancer Center and Program Manager for the Boys & Girls Club of Philadelphia.

Seth earned a B.A. in Humanities from Villanova University, M.S. in Health Education and Health Administration from St. Joseph's University, and he is a Doctor of Management student in Strategic Leadership at Thomas Jefferson University.
