Fluent in English/Mandarin and with extensive international business experience, Joyce Zhang is Managing Partner of T.H.E. Capital LLC, a Beijing-based consultancy that provides practice Private Equity/Venture Capital and Merger/Acquisition consulting to manufacturing, energy, food, nutrition and mining sectors within the US and in China.

Previously, Joyce was Co-Founder and Managing Director of A2A Resources LLC which focused on US-Asian Investment and Education markets. This included being a delegate to promote professional education programs from the University of Pennsylvania, and Corporate Education from Boston University and Duke University to diverse customers in China.

Joyce began her career in Beijing as Training Supervisor at Hisense Electronic Co. She subsequently became Manager of Training & Development for China Pacific Life Insurance; Manager of Regional Business Development and General Manager of a Sub-Branch of ChinaHR.com then VP of Key Account Sales and Director of KA Sales Management for Monster.Com Worldwide Inc.

Joyce earned a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Jilin University in Changchun, China, and was awarded Best Graduation Thesis; an MS in Public Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon University; and an MS in Organizational Dynamics from University of Pennsylvania where she won the Lois Ginsberg Leadership Award. She is currently a Doctor of Management student in the Strategic Leadership program at Thomas Jefferson University.
