Other books are, My Boss, the Bully: A chilling revelation into Corporate Human Resources Management (2018), where she exposes HR leadership malpractices and proffers solutions to leaders; and HANDS OFF! Avoiding Sexual Harassment in the Workplace (2019), that reveals deeply ingrained sexual harassment practices that bedevil the workplace.
A trusted HR advisor, who values bringing the best out of people, and an avid philanthropist who assists less privileged students with university fees in Zimbabwe (her country of birth), she is the Chairperson of Glen View 2 High School Former Students Association, focused on school development projects and inspiring students to aim for the best and shun drug, alcohol, and sexual abuse. Humbly, she is also a multi-award HR leader winner from her years of professional practice in Zimbabwe.
