I am President for North America of the International Centre for Complex Project Management (ICCPM). Conceptually initiated in 2005 by Australian, UK, Canadian and US government bodies and defense industries to improve the delivery of complex projects by international communities. ICCPM in 2007 was created as a not-for-profit education, training, research and global leadership organization. I am responsible for planning, developing and leading the implementation of the North American Complex Program Management strategy as well as business development in the pursuit of ICCPM USA Inc. strategic objectives.

I started my career in 1980 as an Engineer and in 1982 joined BAE Systems as an Engineering Manager. I took on roles of increasing breadth and responsibility at BAE including Corporate Director, Program Management where I was responsible for Program Management, processes and people development and delivered through the acquisition of 14 separate companies.

Between 2008 and 2012, I was VP and Global Program Management Director for Ricardo, PLC, a global, multi-industry consultancy for engineering, technology, project innovation and strategy with over 2100 professional engineers, consultants and staff. Ricardo provided among other products, the transmissions and engines for motor sport and speed records, notably the gearbox for the Audi R8 used in the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the DSG-type gearbox of the Bugatti Veyron, and for McLaren it developed and produced the M838T.

I earned a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Aerospace Management from Farleigh Dickinson University and an a Graduate Certificate in Program Management from the Stevens Institute of Technology.
