As an Enterprise Strategy Consultant and Solution Architect, my strength has been in integrating various views of an enterprise. By addressing strategic, organisational, business, technical, and operational perspectives into a cohesive system architecture, I design solutions for business problems and develop architecture for new models that offer innovative leaps to support business demands.
Applying enterprise requirement analysis to identify the current and the future state, and integrating change management, risk management and governance models into the implementation guidelines, my clients have their overarching architecting principles aligned with their business strategy and challenges at all times.
