Nandhakumar Vasanthasekar
I am consultant who provides expertise in information and experience design strategy, digital service design, digital product designs, and usability evaluation. I have more than 22 years of user-experience (UX) in global management and marketing communication solutions across a wide range of industries including banking, iInsurance, mortgage, high-tech (PASS, SASS applications), and telecommunications. I also manage a boutique team branded as DreamWorx, providing UX services for Systems Wisdom.
I have led and worked in projects across the US and India with multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary teams and mixed development and delivery models (onsite, offshore, near shore). My projects have included an auto loan origination system (for Citigroup), mortgage web applications (for Fannie Mae), insurance sales/service applications (for Erie insurance), and an extranet borrowers portal and intranet loan application platform (for World Bank).
Prior to working in UX, I was in advertising art direction for 8 years and gained expertise in result oriented communication; and end to end thinking (from concepts to creative) understanding and developing personal and brand identity.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in visual communication from Loyola College, Madras University.
